The 'actuate' attribute is used to communicate the desired timing

it's value should be treated as follows:
onLoad - traverse to the ending resource immediately on loading

            this purpose

Parent type for collections of Met Objects. Note: The model of this type is updated according to the new GML feature collection model defined in GML 3.2.1 spec Chapter 9.9.1. This type no longer extends the gml:AbstractFeatureCollection (deprecated in GML 3.2). GML feature collection is now any feature having a property of type extending gml:AbstractFeatureMemberType. Only features substitutable for AbstractMeteorologicalObject are now allowed as members of the collection.

The attribute gml:id supports provision of a handle for the XML element representing a GML Object. Its use is mandatory for all GML objects. It is of XML type ID, so is constrained to be unique in the XML document within which it occurs.
